Beautiful, elegant specimen of chalcopyrite and siderite from the Kaiwu Mine. The largest siderite measures 2.8 cm. The chalcopyrite crystals on this piece are all nestled in among the siderite crystals. No damage. The second generation of small delicate paler siderite crystals accent the piece really nicely. The prep work on the back was done with a saw and is not visible as displayed. This is a super specimen.
