Description
This cabinet piece features sharp analcime crystals to 2.3 cm, with heulandite crystals. It was collected in 2015. The analcime crystals are lustrous and snow-white, contrasting nicely with the tan-coloured heulandite crystals. Upon close inspection, you can actually see there is a second generation of tiny, colourless, transparent analcime crystals in places, on the heaualndite and also on the larger analcime crystals. In excellent condition, a few missing heaulandites. This specimen has been reinforced in one place from behind, to ensure stability. A beautiful specimen, quite three dimensional – looks great in the cabinet.
