Description
This is a great piece. The green elbaite crystal itself is a beauty, with sharp faces, including at the termination. It is dark, with the colour visible in good light – deep green, with an olive hue lower on the crystal and a colder green hue in the upper portion at the termination. In excellent condition, no damage. The tourmaline grew with the feldspar, such that it is framed by an aggregate of sharp, lustrous albite crystals. A striking, aesthetic tourmaline specimen.
