Description
Detailed Description
This piece features radiating groups of dark greenish-blue gormanite crystals, clustered together across the top of a pale sparkling matrix with micro quartz crystals. Good contrast, and in excellent condition with a couple of minor rubs. Gormanite was first described from the occurences at Rapid Creek and is named after University or Toronto Professor Donald “Digger” Gorman. Really nice specimen of this uncommon mineral.
