Description
A cabinet-sized plate covered with sparkling analcime crystals, and hosting balls (to 1.1 cm) of radiating natrolite crystals. There are aggregates of cream-coloured stilbite crystals in association. The seams where these are found are so narrow, it is unusual to see a plate of this size extracted in this condition (excellent condition, no damage – a few incomplete crystals at the periphery where this was removed from the rock). This specimen was collected in 2010. A beautiful piece!
