Description
This specimen features a cluster of mirror-bright skutterudite crystals frozen in the middle of the rock, surrounded in places by calcite. The quality of these crystals is superb – they have top lustre and sharpness. Because they are found by opening solid rock, Bou Azzer skutterudites are very difficult to extract without major damage. This piece has many brilliant undamaged crystals, and there are very few incomplete ones. Really nice!
