Description
Radiating flower of delicately coloured quartz, ranging from pale lilac amethyst to clear quartz perched on top of a second smaller flower. The lower flower is quite three dimensional and has a cool folded appearance from the side or back of the specimen (a small piece of matrix material is visible at the back of this smaller flower). The crystals are terminated all around, so the piece is even beautiful from behind. Stands perfectly on its own for display. These quartz flower specimens are great to spend time admiring – you always see more the more you look. The longest crystal on the top flower can be traced for 3.8cm. The lower flower has a group of terminations radiating out from the centre, containing the best colour in that flower. Gorgeous cabinet specimen.
