Description

Beautiful sharp lustrous dioptase crystal measuring 1.7 cm perched on quartz and plancheite. In the vug with the dioptase there are small terminated quartz crystals. Near the top termination of the dioptase there is a patch of golden-orange crystalline wulfenite, giving extra colour interest to the piece. No damage to the main dioptase – its upper termination ends against a smaller crystal and the matrix, and its lower termination is etched. A super dioptase miniature.
