Description

Metallic irridescent blue covellite blades in a vein with chalcopyrite.  These are sharp and lustrous, with a few intact crystals protected in the vein (others are incomplete). From the Pete Richards collection, acquired in 1998. The locality is attributed to Summitville where this covellite crystal habit is known.
