Description
This is a beautiful specimen, with white analcime crystals and tan heulandite crystals. It was colelcted in 2015 and may have formed as a floater (with no point of attachment at all) – there are only a couple of minor incomplete crystals where a point of attachment could have been. It is crystallized all-around, with sharp lustrous analcime crystals reaching 1.6 and 1.8 cm.
Upon close inspection, you can actually see there is a second generation of tiny, colourless, transparent analcime crystals in places, on the heaualndite and also on the larger analcime crystals. In excellent condition – no damage and only the small incomplete crystals at either end.
Great contrast and quality, this is a super display piece.
