Description

From the big find at Rubstovskoe, this is a beautiful cluster of deep red metallic cuprite crystals. The crystals are sharp, with good lustre. Some internal red colour is visible when examined under strong lighting. The crystals are predominantly octahedral, with a few cubic modifications on the piece. In excellent condition, a couple of tiny chips. A great specimen from this spectacular cuprite find.
