Description

A fine plate of sparkling pink cobaltoan dolomite crystals with green malachite and black heterogenite in association, providing nice contrast. The cobaltoan dolomite crystals are sharp and lustrous, tightly-packed groups of complex crystals with composite forms. In very good condition, a few missing crystals, minor relative to the size of the piece. I would mount this one to stand as in the first photo, but it has been trimmed with a saw from behind (to reduce the matrix) and so it will also lie flat. Very nice colour and form, a pretty display specimen.
