A brilliant epidote crystal with quartz crystals from the classic American epidote locality, Prince of Wales Island, Ketchikan Mining District, Alaska. This epidote crystal is razor sharp and as lustrous as they come, with some internal green clearly visible under good light. The quartz crystals are also sharp and highly lustrous.  The epidote is pristine and the quartzes are in excellent condition, one is chipped. I would mount this one to stand as in the first photo – it is such a crisp, classy specimen!
