Detailed Description

This piece features deep-coloured erythrites accented by sparkling micro quartz crystals in a few places. The erythrites are sharp and translucent and are up to 1.0 cm. In excellent condition, a small number of incomplete crystals around the periphery. Stands perfectly for display in either orientation. Really nice!

About These Erythrites

Erythrite crystals from Bou Azzer are generally regarded as the finest in the world. The challenge with erythrite, however, is to obtain fine-quality specimens – the mineral is so soft and delicate that most specimens are damaged in the removal process or during subsequent transportation.
