Description
A lovely specimen of the classic “fluorite corner” specimens from Elmwood – an etched fluorite, where the remaining outer corner of the crystal is at the bottom, and tapering majority of the piece represents a slice into the central core of the original cube. The surfaces of the crystal are fully crystallized, not cleaved – they are intricately patterned and look great under the lights. Some of the growth patterns are exquisite under magnification. In excellent condition. From the Tracy Kimmel Collection, she acquired it from John Betts (specimen #32064 in his Online Museum). A beauty!
