Description
Beautiful group of natrolite crystals, with interconnected crystal sprays up to 3.6 cm. These sprays, or fans, are groups of elongated prismatic natrolite crystals, diverging from a point at their base and terminated mostly by the low pyramidal form typical of natrolite (some are terminated with simpler and more complex terminations, possibly reflecting other minerals present in a past environment). In excellent condition, minor missing tips in spots. From the collection of well-known Nova Scotia collector Terry Collett, this specimen was collected on October 12, 2002. This is one gorgeous Canadian natrolite specimen!
