Description

This sharp, doubly-terminated smoky quartz crystal is accompanied by two smaller smoky quartz crystals, and hosts colourless sparkling micro-crystals of gaidonnayite, along with white albite. There is also a micro hilairite (tan-coloured, transparent) on the larger of the two accompanying quartz crystals. Very pale siderite and micro pyrite is also present. The main quartz crystal has some skeletal growth hollows in places. In excellent condition, no damage. A fine aesthetic specimen.
