An absolutely beautiful specimen from the John S. White quartz collection – the quartz crystals are impossibly slender and delicate, with a gorgeous dark red hematite colouring. They are sharp and lustrous, with good transparency. In excellent condition, one very small quartz nick; some of the thin hematites are incomplete. Stands perfectly as photographed (although should be secured on a base if displayed that way, so the hematite doesn’t pull it over). A wonderful display specimen from Lechang.
