Description
This is a top-calibre group of “Herkimer Diamond” quartz crystals – the crystals are transparent with top glassy lustre and look like cut glass. Some small hydrocarbon inclusions are present. As with all such clusters, these crystals were separated in the pocket and have been re-attached. In excellent condition, one can find tiny edge rubs in a couple of places if one searches. A killer from the John S. White collection, # 19-2-20.
