Description
A beautiful matrix cluster of amethyst from Jacksons Crossroads. The crystals are sharp and lustrous with nice colour and good contrast with the clear quartz and pale matrix. In excellent condition overall – the main crystal and most smaller ones are pristine. One crystal is incomplete, and this is reflected in the price of the piece, but when the specimen is viewed face-on, it’s not prominent. A beautiful specimen from the Tracy Kimmel Collection, and prior to that, the Paul Geffner Collection.
