Description

This is a beautiful light smoky quartz – it is so sharp and water-clear. It then has a wonderful internal pattern near the base that reflects sparkling light back through the clear crystal (this pattern was a contact where this crystal would have attached to another once upon a time, and the contact is now heavily recrystallized, and this is what causes the sparkle under the lights). In excellent condition, three small chips around to the left. For me what makes this piece is the contrast between the external simplicity and the internal intricacy under the lights – it’s super.
