Description
This is a great older specimen – a rutile crystal with twinning. It appears very dark but is not black – it is a deep red-brown. In very good condition, with a cleave at back and underneath, and a bit of edge-wear/chipping – as you can see from the photograph, these are all minor relative to the specimen overall. The third photo is from behind and shows the top. Look great as displayed. An excellent twinned rutile.
