Description
This wonderful miniature features a 1.7 cm ball of thomsonite – Ca crystals, flanked by smaller thomsonite balls. The balls are comprised of thousands of sharp crystals, which are easily visible with a hand lens. In excellent condition – no damage from the front (from the back, the ball at the top left is not complete). This specimen is from the collection of well-known Nova Scotia collector Terry Collett (catalogue entry SSS86) and was collected on August 27, 2008. Aesthetic thomsonite piece!
